Return/Refund Policy



Please contact us at within thirty (30) days to arrange a return of an item.  Items in our Luxury Bamboo Collection can be returned within (60) days of your purchase.  Proof of purchase is required for a return.  Please provide us with your order number, Item(s) to be returned and reason for return.  Unfortunately markdowns, final sale or discontinued items cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged.


Please do not send your order back to the manufacturer.  We do not accept returns without a Returns Material Authorization number (RMA).  Contact our Returns Department at and they will provide you with a RMA number and a return address for you to mail your items.  Goods returned back must be unused, in the same condition you received it in and/or in its original packaging.


Return shipment fees are the responsibility of the customer.  Please consider using a shipping carrier that provides tracking information to track your returned items as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned goods.  Please note your shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and not included with your refund.


KinderSuite reserves the right to inspect items returned. Used products or items that do not fall within the requirements of our store return policy are not eligible for return. Credits or exchanges will be issued upon acceptance and approval of the returned goods. Refunds will be applied to your original form of payment minus any applicable shipping and handling charges. 


Damages, Shortages or Defective Items (If applicable)


Please contact customer service by email at for an exchange of defective or damaged goods or to report a shortage within 14 days of receipt of your package.  Failure to do so could result in your order becoming ineligible for return or replacement. KinderSuite is not responsible for replacing shortages after this time frame. Note we reserve the right to request a photo of goods received damaged in the shipping and/or original packaging.  KinderSuite LLC is not responsible for replacing lost, stolen or strayed articles.


Late Refunds (if applicable)


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your statement/account again and contact your credit card company.  It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted to your account.  If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund then please contact us at
