Return/Refund Policy

Returns/Refunds

We do not accept returns without a Returns Material Authorization (RMA). Please contact us at returns@kindersuite.com within fourteen (14) days of receiving the order to arrange a return of the item.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately final sale or discontinued items cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and it must be in the original packaging.

Please do not send your order back to the manufacturer. Our Returns Department will provide you with a Returns Material Authorization (RMA) number and a return address for you to mail your items to.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email that we have received your return. Unfortunately items that are received back that do not meet the requirements of our policy are not eligible for a refund. Less the shipping and handling charges, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your statement/account again and then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted to your account.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund then please contact us at customerservice@kindersuite.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only exchange items if they are defective. If you need to do an even exchange for a defective item then please send us an email at returns@kindersuite.com.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for a returned item. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

Please consider using a shipping carrier that provides tracking information and/or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive back your returned item.
