All orders are processed within two business days of the order being placed. Business days are Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday and on Holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order tracking will be updated on your order once your items have been packed and shipped. An email with shipping and tracking information will be sent to the email address for your store account or the one you provided at checkout.
Depending on your shipping address, delivery times will vary. Orders shipping ground from within the United States will on average arrive within three to seven business days. Large over-sized items may take up to ten business day to deliver. Custom orders will have longer shipping times. Average delivery time may be between five to ten business days. Delivery times for packages shipped from our international suppliers may be longer. Please note we are not responsible for carrier service transit times especially during peak seasons or carrier delays due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances. An exclusive ecommerce shipping service for packages arriving from our international suppliers. The USPS treats these packages that are arriving from outside the United States like first-class mail. Packages shipped via ePacket all have a barcode that can be scanned and tracked by the USPS.
Please carefully review our Return/Refund Policy. All returns must be done with (30) days of the date of purchase. We do not accept returns or issue refunds without a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Please note customized products are non-returnable. Goods eligible for return must be returned back unused in the same condition it was received in and in its original packaging. Customer is responsible for all return shipping cost.
