Shipping Policy

 By using our services, you are agreeing to the policies of our e-commerce store.   Please read them carefully.   Note KinderSuite reserves the right to update the information contained in this policy without prior notice to our customers.   For more detail information on our store policies and terms, please review our stores terms of service.

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

KinderSuite will ship anywhere in the contiguous United States, and to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S.V.I and Puerto Rico.  We currently do not ship Internationally.   All of our orders are processed within two business days.  Business days are from Monday to Friday.   Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in our shipping schedule.

Shipping carriers used by KinderSuite are USPS, FedEx and UPS.   Order tracking will be updated on your order with an email sent with tracking information.   Your shipping confirmation for your order is typically sent within one business day of your order being shipped.   Please note some orders made using 1st Class USPS mail may not have tracking information available and in most cases packages shipped will be left at the door and will not require a signature.

The average delivery time for our regular orders is between three to seven business days from the date of shipment.   Our custom orders and orders shipping outside the contiguous states may require a longer lead time for delivery.  Most custom orders will ship between five to ten business days.   Large over-sized items will ship direct from our distributor via ground delivery.   The average delivery time for over-sized items is between seven to ten business days.  Orders shipping from an international supplier will have longer shipping times.  Please note we are not responsible for carrier service transit times or delays due to weather or other unforeseen occurrences.   We are located in the USA so our customers can expect fast delivery times.   Only a few items may ship from an international distributor.

 

RESTRICTIONS, CANCELLATIONS AND LOST OR NON-DELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS

At this time, for states in the contiguous United States, we do not ship to PO Boxes and we do not ship to Military APO’s or FPO addresses.   We also do not offer combined shipping for all of our items.   Depending on the stock levels products will sometimes ship separately from our fulfillment centers.   Orders that have been delayed due to being placed on a backorder by a supplier may be canceled due to longer than normal lead and delivery times.  Customers will be notified of any delays or cancellations of their order.  Note orders that have already been fulfilled and shipped cannot be changed or canceled and must be returned as per our return policy.  Please check your mailing address carefully.   We are not responsible for incorrect or non-deliverable shipping addresses or for lost, stolen and strayed packages.  If orders are returned to us non-deliverable or refused, a refund for product is issued less, the return freight charges and a 20% restocking fee.  Original shipping costs are non refundable.  Kindersuite also reserves the right to cancel orders due to unavailability, difficulty processing payment, fraud alerts, fraudulent activities, a history of payment disputes and erroneous information supplied at the time of the order.

  

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping and handling charges can be based on the weight and/or calculated on the regular retail price of items listed in our online catalog.  Price based rates will be calculated on the merchandise order total before tax during checkout.  

 

RETURNS

For returns, please refer to our return policy.   Note our shipping costs are non-refundable and customers will be responsible for the return shipping cost on all returns.   If you have any questions on the return shipping for an order, please email us at returns@kindersuite.com.   We also cannot guarantee that we will receive back returned items.   Please consider using a shipping service/carrier that will offer tracking for all returned goods..
