Refunds & Returns
By using our services, you are agreeing to the policies of our e-commerce store. Please read them carefully. Note KinderSuite reserves the right to update the information contained in this policy without prior notice to our customers. Return & Refund Policy
For a refund returns must be postmarked within (30) days of date of purchase. Items in our Luxury Bamboo Collection must be returned within (60) days of your date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for all returns. All Items must be returned in its brand new condition in the original and correct packaging. We will not issue a refund for items that have been returned used, old or are counterfeit products. For hygienic reasons we do not accept returns for pacifiers, teethers, headbands or socks. Please provide us with your order number, Item(s) to be returned and reason for return. Unfortunately markdowns, final sale or discontinued items cannot be returned for a refund.
Return Material Authorizations (RMA)
Please do not send your order back to the manufacturer. We do not accept returns without a Returns Material Authorization number (RMA). Contact our Returns Department at email@example.com and they will provide you with a RMA number and a return address for you to mail your items. Goods returned back must be unused, in the same condition you received it in and/or in its original packaging that it was shipped in.
Return Shipping Cost
Return shipment fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please consider using a shipping carrier that provides tracking information to track your returned items as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned goods. Please note your shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and not included with your refund.
Inspection & Credits
KinderSuite reserves the right to inspect items returned. Used products or items that show signs of use, damaged packaging, excessive markings, tape and/or any soft goods showing use, stains, washing, etc which does not fall within the requirements of our store return policy will not be eligible for a refund. Credits or exchanges will be issued upon acceptance and approval of the returned goods. Refunds will be applied to your original form of payment minus any applicable shipping and handling charges. Please allow up to 14 business days of receipt of your items for a refund to be processed.
Damages, Shortages or Defective Items (If applicable)
Please contact customer service by email at firstname.lastname@example.org for an exchange of defective items within 14 days of receipt of your package. Failure to do so could result in your order becoming ineligible for a return and/or replacement. KinderSuite is not responsible for replacing defective items after this time. Note we reserve the right to request a photo of goods received defective in the shipping and/or original packaging. KinderSuite LLC is not responsible for replacing lost, stolen or strayed articles.
Late Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your statement/account again and contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted to your account. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund then please contact us at email@example.com.
