SECTION 1 - INTRODUCTION

 

Kindersuite LLC respects the privacy of its users ("user" or "you") that visit or use our website located at www.kindersuite.com, including other media forms, media channels or websites, mobile channels, mobile applications related or connected thereto (collectively, the "Website").  The following company privacy policy is designed to inform you, as a user of the Website, about the types of personal information that our company may collect from you and control in connection with your use of the Website.  It is also intended to explain the conditions under which the company uses and discloses that information, and your rights in relation to that information.

 

Changes to Privacy Policy are discussed at the end of this document.  Each time you use the Website, however, the current version of this Privacy Policy will apply.  Accordingly each time you use the Website, you should check the date of this Privacy Policy (which appears at the beginning of this document) and review any changes since the last time you used the Website. 

 

SECTION 2- SHOPIFY

 

Our store is hosted on Shopify, Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.  Your data is stored through Shopify's data storages, databases and the general Shopify application.  They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall Payment  if you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).  Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as it is necessary to complete your purchase transaction.  After that is complete your purchase transaction is deleted.  All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.  PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 3 - COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

 

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.


Below is a list of other types of personal information that may be collected, stored, and used:

How do you get my consent?

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. Information that we collect may be stored, processed in, and transferred between other regions, including Canada, in order to enable us to use the information in accordance with this policy.   Information that we collect may be transferred to the following countries which do not have data protection laws equivalent to those in force in the European Economic Area: the United States of America, Japan, China, and India.  Personal information that you publish on our website or submit for publication on our website may be available, via the internet, around the world.  We cannot prevent the use or misuse of such information by others. We will never sell personal information obtained by use of our website to third parties. We will store all the personal information you provide on our secure (password- and firewall-protected) servers.  

All electronic financial transactions entered into through our website will be protected by encryption technology. If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

You acknowledge that the transmission of information over the internet is inherently insecure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet.  You are responsible for keeping the password you use for accessing our website confidential. We will not ask for your password (except when you log in to our website).

The payment of a fee
