TERMS OF USE
These Terms of Use apply to your access to, and participation in, the KinderSuite Rewards program (“Kinder Cash Points") which is operated by KinderSuite LLC. Please read these terms of use carefully, by accessing or participating in the KinderSuite Rewards Program, you agree to be bound by these terms of use and all terms incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these terms of use, do not participated in the KinderSuite Rewards Program.
These Terms of Use do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with KinderSuite for other products and services. KinderSuite reserves the right to change, modify and/or eliminate KinderSuite Rewards and/or all or any portion of these Terms of Use or any policy, or guideline pertaining to KinderSuite Rewards at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions on www.kindersuite.com, and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications. Your participation in KinderSuite Rewards confirms your acceptance of these Terms of Use and any such changes or modifications; therefore, you should review these Terms of Use and applicable policies frequently to understand the terms and conditions that apply to KinderSuite Rewards. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, you must stop participating in KinderSuite Rewards Program.
The KinderSuite Rewards program is intended for personal use only. Commercial use is prohibited. This program is not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 18. Currently, the levels of benefits received in the KinderSuite Rewards program is determined by the number of Cash Points that you accumulate in your account. Once you reach a specific level within KinderSuite Rewards program, you will receive the benefits that are applicable to that level at that time. KinderSuite reserves the right to change the number of benefit levels and to change the benefits and Rewards associated with each level in its sole discretion at any time.
KinderSuite Rewards account is established in the U.S. For any purchase made using our rewards program, the Cash Points is in U.S. Dollars only. There are no membership fees associated with KinderSuite Rewards. Cash Points accumulated under the program are promotional and have no cash value.
Your Cash Points, Rewards, and your account under KinderSuite Rewards are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to, or shared with, family, friends or others, or used by you for any commercial purpose. You may have only one (1) KinderSuite Rewards account that is personal to you.
Without notice to you, KinderSuite reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate your account and/or your participation in KinderSuite Rewards. If KinderSuite determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Terms of Use, you have more than one (1) account, or that the use of your account is unauthorized, deceptive, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful, KinderSuite may, in its sole discretion, may suspend, cancel or combine accounts that appear to be duplicates. In the event that your participation in KinderSuite Rewards is terminated, then all accumulated Cash Points in your account are void.
Without notice to you, KinderSuite also reserves the right to “unregister" and make ineligible for the KinderSuite Rewards program any account that has been inactive. Inactive is defined as no Cash Points earned within a 5 year period. In the event that your account is unregistered or rendered inactive, then all accumulated Kinder Cash Points in your account are void. KinderSuite reserves the right to terminate, discontinue or cancel the KinderSuite Rewards program at any time and in its sole discretion without notice to you.
